Hi everyone,

Me and my family will travel to Doha on the 16th of Oct. 2011, I will travel with a work visa arranged by my employer. My wife and my son will travel holding a tourist visa good for 14 days and can be renewed for another 2 weeks.

Once I arrive in Doha my company will process my residence/work permit which they told me it takes 2-6 weeks to obtain it and after that they will process the visa of my family.

My questions are:

How can I prolong the visa of my family to stay in Doha with me while waiting for my residence permit? at least 2 more months after the expiration of their tourist visa, any way to arrnage this?

Do my family needs to exit and return to Doha in order to arrange their visa?

Please help and advice.

By the way, we are all Filipino citizen.
