Hi,

I am looking for some guidance. Our maid recently returned to Sri Lanka for family reasons. We cancelled her visa and she has now returned to Sri Lanka.

My Question is: we have a new maid interested in the position, also from Sri Lanka. Do we have to go through the whole approval process again or as we had approval granted for a Sri Lankan maid in 2012 can we simply make the transfer of sponsorship?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
