I got my sister tru tourist visa. You need to present a copy of your resident permit, confirmation of support letter, passport copy. AND NO NEED OF ANY ESCORT... HE/ SHE should be confident enough in the airport. Airport personnel will ask him/her many things BUT NEVER EVER TELL THEM that he/she is also planning to look for a work here in Qatar...I suggest you apply for a tourist visa in Qatar travel United, same travel agency I bought visa for my sister..
