Is there any difficulty for getting VISA for ladies?

Dear Friends,

My wife (she is in India) got an job offer from One Medical clinic..all procedure has been completed but, the HR is telling dont put the Resignation to the existing employer without getting VISA...so please tell me any difficulties for getting VISA?

There is no such Difficulty of getting a Work, Student, or on Personal Sponsorship...
