I am staying in shared apartment and i pay on monthly basis and there was no contract on paper. Its verbal. I need to get my family on visit and residence visa. Please tell me how to go forward

How do I get the tenancy contract with my current situation?

the person whom I pay the rent is not the actual owner. he is staying in the same apartment but partitioned seprately. So, can a tenancy contract be made between him and me. Also, what would be the procedure and whom would get it done.

contract is a must for visit visa

you can apply through Hotel for a tourist visa

As per my knowledge you need tenancy contract for both the cases (visit & Residence visa). For visit visa no need to attested but for for residence visa you need to attested tenancy contract.
