Stamp by Minister of foreign affairs… Where???

I am trying to get the passport for my daughter, my embassy is asking me to get a stamp by the by Minister of foreign affairs here in Qatar. I am not sure where this place is. Some one told me is near the Cornish. If anyone has done this could you please tell me the exact place and how much it costs… thank you?

Hi,

for the fees as long as I remember for my baby's documents, we just pay about Qrs. 30.00 but that was 2005.. so I dont know if their fees goes along with the Rental Hikes..

But anyway, for sure it will cost more than 50 riyals
