My freind join a MNC 6 months back and he has been asked to resign from his job. The company is willing to give NOC.

My questions is as follows:

Can he change his sponsorhip to new company since he has not completed 1 year.

Can he go back to his country and come back with the NOC on a business visit and then change sponsorship. (before completion of 1 year period)

Any issues if the company cancells his visa? Can he come back on business visit after 1 or 3 months?

He/She should exit the country first and then come back by visit or work visa.
