Sponsor issue

One of my friend came qatar before 4more months in residence visa ,as a part of that he finished medical and fingure procedures,but now the sponsor refused to stamp the visa ,he needs to go for the vacation for his marriage.if the sponsor is doing like this what is the future procedure??can anybody help to resolve this issue?? Please help
Option is just to resign and leave,because even sponsor noticed you're not serious with work i guess that's why he HOLD your Visa stamping,you just newly joined and then say you want to go back home for marriage? Better go,get married then come back.. it doesn't add up...this is "maskara"!!!
If your friend had a plan to get married he should have done so before coming to Qatar. Wanting to go on a vacation just four months after his arrival is ridiculous. I agree with what fikhan has stated that he can do nothing except leave the job, return home, get married and enjoy life.
Your Friend can do Nothing Except left the Job
Who needs to go for vacation? Sponsor or your friend?
