shifting from working visa to husband's visa

a male friend and her fiancee are planning to get married here in qatar. the lady is under sponsorship of a company different from that of the man.

immediately after marriage, the man would like to sponsor her wife (husband's visa). are there any restriction to this? i mean does the wife have to get an NOC from her employer in order to be sponsored by the husband?

thanks for any input.

what??? ochiha , will you correct me if i am wrong in interpreting your message. you mean that even for a simple transfer from working visa to husband visa, NOC is still required (by law?)from the woman's sponsor in order for her visa to be transferred into husband visa?

any input from others please....

Sponsor in Qatar is the second father of the bride.

where he will determine if its allowed for her to move her sponsorship to her husband or not.

my friend faced this problem by his wife's sponsor and fought him in human rights organization in Qatar and did not hesitate to contact all his high contacts to get this working, not mentioning law suites... man... for 1.5 years he lived in hell to get over this problem but his b***** sponsor was a woman that had contacts even in the Human rights organization.
