Rules Changed for RP for New Born Baby

Dear All,

Today I have go stamped RP for my new born son.

They said that, they can give Visa (RP) 1 year only for babies. we have to renew every year and they charge me Qr.400/- for the same.

But When I go through QL previous posts, I understood that, we can make 2 year RP for Baby and 1st year will be free, and for second year we have to pay Qr.400/-

But now totally changed

If anyone has experienced as same like me, feel free to share your views,

Yes They had changed this last year or the year before that I believe. I had done teh same as what they suggested for my baby last year .
