For salary QAR 10000 i am sure they will ask for 6 months bank statement. But you can try after 3 months bank statement as well. They might give you an appointment to meet personally for approving or rejecting the visa. Menawhile, Yiu can bring your family to Qatar on family visit visa which should not be a problem at all. The only additional expense is QAR 200/Month/Person till the time you have 6 months bank statement or visa approved plus QAR 500/ person for visa status change from visit to RP.

To applying the RP salary overall to be minimum QAR 10000 but you have to try with this salary.

2. Copy of Your passport and Work VISA Page
3. Copy of your Education Certificate (ATTESTED )
4. Wife's Passport Copy
5. Marriage Certificate (ATTESTED )
6. Child(s) Birth Certificate(s) (ATTESTED )
7, 6 Months bank statement
