Hello guys, I am from India. I PLANNED TO GO VACATION FROM 13 october to 21 october. My RP will expire 08 november 13. Does it make any problem???

@OP, better renew it man to avoid any issues that you cannot predict.
I have been living there too just a couple of years ago. We had the same issue, we have to go for a holiday but our RP will expire in 6 weeks time and we need to go to UK for a month holiday. Hubby ask his sponsor if our RP needs renewing before holiday. He was told when we return after holiday, so we believe them and when we came back, they renew it.

jjh, you said in an earlier post that you are from Saudi. How come you answer these qns about Qatar RP sitting in Saudi? Sorry, just asking out of curiosity :-)
If there's more than 18 days before expiration, you should not have a problem. It's the passport that requires 6 months validity. RP can be processed within 1 day to 1 week depends on your company Mandoob.
You can renew your RP and then leave on your vacation
