Comapny asking me to give one month salary for accepting the resignation.
I've been ignoring the obvious for fun.
omg! don't you guys know his story by now??? he has posted this question at least 6-7 times.. and since he isn't satisfied with the answers he keeps trying.. the story is that he didn't like the job and wants to leave Qatar (later he came up with the story about his parents who urgently need him around). But since he didn't finish 1-st year, the sponsor asks him to reimburse the expenses occurred with regards to his employment, such as RP and air ticket. All together Company asks him to return QR5000. I think it's quite fair. 1-year RP’s Government fee is QR 1600 (Plus some PRO work), and air ticket should be around 3000.
But no, he thinks it is too much and wants to return only 2000. He said: "I have completed 6 months. 1300 for one year RP so one month cost is 110 riyals only." What a nonsense is that! Like if RP is paid by monthly installments! and hey, again, it is not 1300. it is 1600 (at least!). And also the Company might have spent some money for the recruitment process, such as ads, Job agencies, etc. And take into consideration his incomplete contract, which is subject to the penalty in the entire world..
So 5000 sounds quite fair.
but since he doesn't want to pay this amount, he keeps posting this question with the hope that someone can help him to avoid the payment.
So here you go, whoever can help to exempt him from the obligation to complete the contract with no penalties, they are more than welcome…
