My contract with the company is one year. Now I finished 6 Months. I was sponsored from my home country.
What is the formalities for resign from the company? Is it necessary I need to pay the expensen to the company because I resinged before the contract?

the formalities are: submit your resignation letter, then pay the company hiring expenses...why? because you are in breach of contract plain and simple.
