My company sponsored me from my home country and provided Air ticket to come to Qatar. Now I complted 6 months and my probation period was first three months. Now am not mentally and physically fit for the job and I want to resign. What is the formalitities for the resignation. Is it compulsary that I need to return the ticket cost and my RP Cost to the Company???
