Resident Permit/Visa time????

I gave my son's passport trough my company for R.P renewal last month on 11th February because he will be going to spain in month of April so i had submit his passport to apply for spain visa but still i did not get my passport from immigiration ..do any of you have any idea till when will i be getting it??
