my wife and 2 kids are scheduled to fly on the 25th on RESIDENCE VISIT VISAS. yung company ko ang naglakad ng visa nila.
salamat po sa sino mang makakasagot. God bless!
The charges for baladiya attestation is 1% only of the annual rent, provided the contract is attested within one month of the date of the contract. If delayed the charges goes up to 2% of the annual rent based on different slabs.
Most of the landlords are willing to give a new contract with new dates, provided you do all the registration and pay by yourselves.
does it have to be contract itself or agreement will do? are they still accepting letter from company if company is providing accomodation?
i think there's misunderstanding here. I also got my visa approval last month. I personally arranged all the requirements by immigration including the agreement stamped by baladiya. I paid baladiya 1% of my annual rent.
12% of the monthly rent. Yup the company PRO will submit the docs, but you are the one to prepare the docs. My salary is morethan the required, Im a Senior Civil Engineer.
i dont think it is 12%. it is 2% of your annual rent. so if ur rent is 3000 a month which is 36000 a year, you need to pay 920 QR.
Masha'allah!
Mandi
So in this case u cant bring your familiy for 6 months , till ur salary is transferd for next 6 months after joining.....
Any other way to bring family earlier ????
Everything is fine...but why pay 12% of the rent? is it 12% of monthly rent or annual rent?
Why bother, Just give your passport, Marriage cert and bank statements to Company's PRO and he will do the rest. (It took only 4 working days in my case)
can you tell us wht is ure designation and how much is ure salary? thanks in advance
