Residence visa for Indian women? Is it banned
Hello I am a single Indian female. I work for an IT company in West Bay. I have been here since January 2015 on Business visa, they havent provided me a work permit. They say, there is a ban on Indian single female getting a work permit. I dont really trust them.
Are you guyz aware of anything like this. Do you kno whether indian girls can get a visa. Can I give them an evidence that other companies are providing visa and that they are being unfair towards me. Can I inquire in the ministry.

There no such ban, only thing is if your company's capital big enough they can try to apply for Female Indian Visa, but this is not easy, they have to provide a good reason to ministry of labor for requirement of Indian Female Visa.
if its a good company and they pay good you can get visa outside and work with them by giving 6 months paper (legal)...
There are some restrictions for the companies to get visas. As long as your company doesn't have any approved Indian Female visas they cant provide you.. Also Most of the companies hire females under their spouse or father sponsorship to avoid the troubles of visa/accommodation.. If the company needs you badly they can apply and can request for your visa..
its banned but possible on certain conditions visa provided, you should be more senior /experienced/high profile and qualified

I see some indian girls are working in construction company so why not in IT sector.
