Myself & My Wife have Work Visa under same Company. My salary is > 10,000QAR. We need to obtain Residence Permit for our 1.5year old baby who is in Visit Visa (expiring Six months in next 2 weeks).

I have all the following documents, but my application was not accepted by Immigration, stating to transfer my wife to my sponsorship, which i cant do as per my PRO as my wife is under a Non-Transferable Block Visa.

1. Bringing in Residence Visa Application
2. Baby Birth Certificate attested from home country qatar embassy, Health Ministry, Indian Embassy in Qatar, MoFA.
3. NOC from employer for sponsoring the baby under my residence
4. Marriage Certificate attested from home country embassy, Indian Embassy in Qatar, MoFA.
5. Both of our Employment Contracts attested from MoFA
6. Both of our Qatar ID, Visa Copy
7. All three of our Passport Copy
8. >6months Bank Statement
9. Rental Agreement attested from Baladiya
10. My Degree Certificate attested from home country, Indian Embassy in Qatar, MoFA.

Any suggestion how i can approach this issue to get RP for my baby under my sponsorship?
