Renewing Visa -for my wife

Hi,

I just wanna inquire or ask somebody who already experienced or knows the step-by-step procedures in renewing of residence permit for the wife and/or family under their sponsorship.

Previously and honestly, renewing of my wife's visa/residence permit is always be done by my previous company's PRO (mandoob)..but now, I am already transferred to another company and my wife's visa is going to end this 3rd week of May... And this is the first time to do renewing her visa..and I really do not know what are the steps and where to go.

Please, anyone who knows the process and procedure, kindly guide me and instruct me.

Thanks a lot.. any idea from you guys is highly appreciated.

I know you want a step-by-step but unfortunately it is not my case.

But on the other hand if you do use the search engine in QL (up right hand corner on the page), results are very fitted to what you are looking for.
