it is not necessary now...when u renew ur RP jus do this...
u can even travel with both the passports attached
Your old passport as CANCELLED, then u must have ur RP on ur new passport, It is you can do it with in 1 Hour.
there is a form to be typed.. then go to the immigration nd get it stamped..u'll get the passport the same time
If ur Embassy has stamped your old passport as CANCELLED, then u must have ur RP on ur new passport, otherwse, u can attach ur old passport with new one, and then there is no need to stamp RP on new one.
Hi, it is required to endorse the visa from old passport to new one as your old passport is invalid. Contact your company PROs, it will not take much time from the authorities... All the best.
