My ID was due to expire mid June and renewed through company via online. When I checked in Metrash2, it is shown as renewed but I didn't get the new ID yet. As per new procedure the sticker system is no more and we will only have the ID to serve both purposes, i.e. the RP and ID.

My question is will they post it for me or else I have to go to a service center and request for it. There is a counter for Metrash2 registered users in service centers as well. Please anyone can share your experience with me. Thanks in advance.

ask your HR guys, since it was renewed through company online,

we get ours from the company personnel department.
