Re entry in Qatar? Please Help!

I resigned from my job & left Qatar in Dec 2009.
My Iqama expired on 20 jan 2010.
Now when can i re enter Qatar for other job?
Will i need NOC from previous employer?
Please Help me out with the relevent information..
What will be Govt. formalities to join another company job?
What will be visa formalities?

they wont give you the noc at all, & if you go to labour court and do complaint against, they would like to know the reasons of your resignation from the company, they will inquire about under what circumstances you resigned...

I am sure my employer will not give me NOC, is there any legal way to get NOC from the Company.

NOC or come back after Jan 2012 ....no other options.

You can come back December 2011, EARLIEST unless you get an NOC
