If some one cancelled from job with out release and NOC, can he come back to Qatar on a family Visiting Visa. Asking for my brother who got cancelled recently...

Yes. For Visit he can come but if he could not work for any other employer unless get NOC from the previous one.

yes offcourse he can come on visit,but can work until he finished his labour ban of two year,but he can come on visit n stay here..
