It is possible to re-apply of visa to Labour Department even though I applied already but it was rejected and I have an appointment already?

If you have an appointment, that means your file is under process.. you can't apply again. If you are applying again, that will show as already under process. Don't waste your time and energy..

If you already have an appointment, why do you want to re-apply? Wait for the appointment and then decide.
