i had my medical tests done and result is out now.what other documents shd i take for visa stamping in passport office??

extendability upto to 5 month

The recipt of medical payment,Visa copy,Blue background passport size Photograps and passport.(make sure you finger print procedure is over)

Go to immigration in abu hamour or garafa take a token number pay with credit card and take extension.
