A friend of mine change is designation from labour to foreman ( with company ) now working with big company as an engineer. Is possible for him to change designation 2ce?

Yes, HE can , but he have to provide the ENGINEERING degree to the lobour court when he want to submit his paper for changing with Arabic translation .

but very strange for me , that how he can jumped from LABOR to ENGINEER< lol , just kidding , ..
