Please I need an Advice..
My first employer terminated me last December 2007 but they gave me a NOC. The problem is...until now they are not giving me my december salary. They asked me to give them a copy of my new visa and RP b4 they give me my money but the second problem is...my new employer is not yet renewing my visa and RP until now.(Expired June 4, 2008). I did not signed any contract with my new employer. I started working with my new employer December also last year. I went to the labor office (my country's labor office) and asked for help but the only words they said is to wait for my new employer to renew my visa and RP. But wait till when? I keep on asking my new employer to process my visa and RP but his answer is always...ok tomorrow..ok tomorrow...What will I do? I need to get my salary from my first employer and I also need a valid RP. Please...I need an advice,...What to do? Thanks in advance...
DEAR, YOUR OLD EMPLOYER IS SOME WHAT RESONABLE, BUT HIS ACT IS NOT AS PER LAW.THIS IS A WEAKNESS OF SYSTEM.HE WANT TO MAKE IT SURE THAT YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR SPONSORSHIP, SO TO PUT SOME PRESURE HE DID SO.
BUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER IS REALLY DOING WRONG.HIS LOOK LIKE MAN WITH DIRTY HEART(AS PER YOU NARRETED).YOU ARE NOW STAYING ILEGALE AND EVERY DAY 10 QRS IS PENALTY IS RISING.AND MOST DANGEROUS THING, IF POLICE CAUGHT YOU, YOU HAVE TO GO TO JAIL AND PENALTY ALSO
SO TAKE CARE AND TRY TO SOLVE IT OUT SIDE COURT.

If you would be caught by CID, you would be in big trouble as well as the company that you are currently working.
Since your 1st employer gave you an NOC and they issued it to your current employer. Technically your current employer is responsible for you now.
My advise is ask your Administration Department or your Public Relations Officer to hasten the renewal of your RP.

Techically ur overstaying, the normal fine is 10riyal per day plus if you are involved in anykinda trouble involving police or any other authorities u will be in serious problem as ur are not in your present employer's visa and old employer whose visa ur in has already terminated u so no one is responsible for you.U cannot travel also. do something to finish your RP issue, go to some typing center they may be able to do the process if you pay their service charges and give the necessary papers signed by the present employer. All the best.
tell your current employer that you will get into trouble when you encounter check point so you need it for safety of both parties.
