I left qatar 5 months ago,working visa but no residency,no ID yet just the visa,no medical , finger printing and even visa stamping-not finished. I'm planning to come back this month do I need NOC to apply for a new visa in immigration? Business or working visa...

Or is the 2 year ban applicable in my case? Thanks in advance
