please friends i need yuor advice

my whife's visit visa gone be expired after 2 days , tomorrow she will do the medical test, we are late because her passport was lost we just got the new one, my question,if in case if she stay one or two days after the expiration of visa and the result of test was not ready did the immeegration will accept to extend the visa or i need to pay somthing extra ...pleeeeeeeeeeeeese replay me with thankfull
