Please advice me regarding that family visit visa for Srilankan.

Dear friends!

Assalamu Alykum ww.

I am from Srilanka.
I would like to bring my wife along with 2 children here to Doha for just 3 month visit only.
I only want to be a sponsor for them not my company. The think is I don’t like to get even single correspondence letter from my company for this my family visit? Is it possible? All the expenses will be from my pocket.
So what is procedure for this? How to apply for the visit visa for these 3 people?
What are the necessary documents I will have to submit? Where I have to submit? How much will have to pay for this visit visa?
Is anybody srilankan friends having much experience in this thinks please advice me accordingly I can go for further action please.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILY VISIT VISA

PASSPORT COPY( YOU, WIFE, 2 KIDS)

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

COPY OF yOUR QID

YOUR SALARY CERTIFICATE ( SALARY SHOULD BE 5K AND ABOVE)

APPLICATION FORM

VISA FEE IS 200 PER PERSON AND IF YOU WANT TO EXTEND FOR 3 MONTHS, YOU HAVE TO PAY 200 PER EACH MONTH.
