You have to fill the transfer form and your husband must be having his salary around QR 7500 or more than that to sponsor you..Your marriage certificate should be attested from your embassy..

1. If your company provides you NOC, no need to go back to your country..You can change your company visa to husband sponsership then..

2. Kindly speak to your school authorities and tell your genuine problem..I hope they would listen you out..

there should not be any hindrance fro you on transferring from work to family visa. you just need the NOC from your company that will allow you to be transferred to your husband's sponsorship. if your school gives you any problem about this, you better find a friend who speaks arabic (if you are not already) and go to the immigration office and ask around. i have a friend who had the same issue before and she did not have any problems.
