By webdropstech •
Hi,
i need help, that i got UMRAH VISAS for the family, but my son passport is expiring after 3 months from the date of travelling.
he is an infant and i wanted to know will he be allowed to travel with us, we will be going by road and in a group of 2 cars & 2 families.
i heard that for umrah they are linient & allow if the situation is for an infant or child. but i am not sure, can someone share if something like this happened in his surroundings.
it will be really helpfull & i can plan accordingly.
hope to recieve early & helpfull replies.
thanks in advance.
thanks & Allah Got me free of tensions ...as my passport got renewed till DEcember 2012.
alhamdullilah now no worries.
thanks all and will pray for all of you inshallah.
There is nothing to worry or matter of luck here...
And nothing is depending on office on duty. Its straight forward immigration laws.
You are going for a good purpose, so renew your intentions and put your trust in Allah. Every thing is easy for Him.
thanks alot for your valued replies, hope i will not face any problem on border. but i know no one can guarantee as everything depends on the officer on duty.
if i am lucky i will get thru otherwise i can be stopped.
i am trying toget the passport extended, but cant fight with LUCK. lets see .
its Pakistan Embassy Vs Qatar Border immigration.
please i will welcome some more inputs from anyone.
If your child is having a valid Qatari Residence Permit (Visa) stamped on your child passport and you are returning before the date of expiry of passport, there are no issues to enter the country.
Electronic passport is not required for umrah as of now, Saudi has extended this rule. Hand written passport is acceptable.
If Umrah visa already issued, there is nothing to worry.
Include us in your dua when you travel.
May Allah bless you with safe and beneficial journey.
Any issues please do not hesitate to contact.
I went by my Car last year during ramadan September and my Passport expiry was December I had no problems.
And as you say you have already got the visa stamped on the passport for your infant, in the first place if they see this passport expiration problem they wont issue a visa.
Also if you have your parents visit visa extended only for one month you can get the visa and travel without any problem. but the condition is that you have to return before the time i mean enough days left for visa expiry
i was told by agent that i will get the visa for umrah in this case stamped on the passport but will i be allowed or not is a doubt.
any one faced the problem like this in past?????????
