Not giving Exit permit
Dear All,
I have resigned from one compnay and my resigned was accepted.
But company is delaying unnecessarily in giving settlement and giving exit /cancellation.
I have already booked the ticket, etc.
Do i any right to get it fast & on time and whom to approach.

If you think you have given them enough (condiderable) time and still they are not acting on it then you can complain to the labor department.
