Hi All,
I was working in qatar and have now moved to kuwait.
I have cancelled my qatar visa.
I have a qatar driving license and would like to convert it to a Kuwaiti drivign license, for the same I need an NOC from Qatar traffic department.
Can any one advice me on how to do it?

1. Go to the Traffic Department (Madina Khalifa), get a type written request from the nearest type writing center and submit it. They will check for violation and if it is clear go and get signed by the mudeer. After that you have to get the paper stamped by next door. (i dont remember the name). You can finish these things in one or two hrs.
2. Go to the MOF and attest the original
3. Go to the Embassy of Kuwait and they will put a stamp of 5KD. (you have to pay QR 100)
Thats it.
I moved to Kuwait a month ago.
All you have to do is to REQUEST!
