NOC no objection certificate details
dear sir,
my friend is working in my company since 1 year,he didnt like the job as it is low salary and due to that the company cancelled my friend rp,he is leaving to india on 25/02/2009 and given a noc in company letter head with companystamp and authorized siganture. is that noc what we are all saying did he can come back to qatar again with in months or he had to wait for 6months or 2 years.
my pro told me that the noc had to submited in emigration department gharrafa and should be authorized from there is these true or need of it. just letter is enough to come back
your replies gives my friend a clear clarification for his fuutre so that before leaving he will clear all the formalites to come back again to doha .
