NOC need Resigned JOB before Stamping Visa
Hi Everybody
One of my friend came here on work visa to work for a Company on 14th December 2008. He signed contract but His Visa processes (MEDICAL, Finger and ID) are yet to be finished. He dont like that company so he need to resign and go back to India.
My Question is if he need to come back again to Qatar does he needs NOC from his current employer.

i have same problem i cancelled the contract within test period and company giving me permit to change the work
the question is will the company allow him to leave?

Well, he's certainly in the system as applying for a residency permit in Qatar. I would say that to be on the safe side if he wants to come back to Qatar within two years he should get an NOC. But it might be tough if he left his employer without notice.

i don't think he can come back here in qatar less than two years.. even if he has a noc ...
he will have to wait for 6 months
