Is NOC need if Resigned the JOB before Stamping Visa?

Hi Everybody

One of my friend came here on work visa to work for a Company on 14th December 2008. He signed contract but His Visa processes (MEDICAL, Finger and ID) are yet to be finished. He dont like that company so he need to resign and go back to India.

My Question is if he need to come back again to Qatar does he needs NOC from his current employer.

Pls advice

I dont think so he need NOC ask him to before going he can search another job and sponsor then go and come on new visa it is done by our one of the employee he dint appear for finger prints even he did medical but he got chance in Hamad he went and come back within month.

Yezz...Definitely your friend needs to get an NOC before he can be processed again for his new visa here in qatar. If he wishes to come back here, the visa would not be approved unless he has been released or issued NOC by the present employer. If no NOC, he can only come back here once the ban has been lifted or expired.

Friend,

Your friend's visa was issued from Qatar immigration under his current sponsor, so NOC is need from the company who brought your friend in this beautiful land.

Note: There is loop in all laws, check with your Company PR

my freind had a similar situation. he came here on a work visa and before stamping his r.p his sponsor agree to release him if he get better offer. then he got a better job and at the time of spons. change noc. was required.
