Is NOC need if Resigned the JOB and left the qatar before Stamping Visa?

Hi Everybody

One of my friend came here on work visa to work for a Company on 14th December 2008. He signed contract but His Visa processes (MEDICAL, Finger and ID) are yet to be finished. He dont like that company so he need to resign and go back to India.

My Question is if he need to come back again to Qatar does he needs NOC from his current employer.

Pls advice

Hi!!

There's no need for NOC if he wants to apply again here in Qatar, he can go the same process again with work entry visa.
