My contract is being terminated soon and I am not sure if my employer will give me a NOC .

There is no reason and I am wondering if there is a case to go to the MOI to see if they can over rule this . Can any one tell me if there is a way around the NOC in some circumstances .

go to dubai with 15 days visit visas and airline ticket is 530qar check for new job there

Check whether they consider for six months or 180 DAYS ONLY.

You will have no luck. As of now, the power to issue a NOC or to refuse it, lies in the hands of the employer. There is no other way around.
