will my 2nd company give NOC eventhough i didnt finished my contract with them?im locally hired by my 2nd employer but unfortunately due to some personal reasons i have to resign and go back to my country,now my 1st employer,the one that bring me to doha 6 years ago wants to hire me again..will i able to get NOC?
HAVE YOU TRIED TO REQUEST NOC TO YOUR 2ND COMPANY? IF NOT, HOW DO WE KNOW IF YOU DID NOT REQUEST TO YOUR COMPANY.....
You'll never know until you try. So go ahead. Write to that second company and request them to give you an NOC. The fact, however, that you didn't finish your contract with them could work against you, but do it anyway. Good luck!
NOC is required from the second employer or else wait for two years.
