do i need to have an NOC for my husbands cancelled visa if i will apply for family visit visa for him?

U CAN APPLY FAMILY VISIT VISA FOR HIM .BUT BEFORE APPLYING HE SHOULD EXIT THE COUNTRY.

He will not work.

We just wanted to be together when I give birth this September. His visa was cancelled and he has to exit first week of Sept.

As far as i know, NOC is required from his ex-company if your husband wish to work again in QATAR incase he gets any job...

Or else, i don't think NOC is required to show it to the immigration authorities while applying VISIT VISA for him..

Kindly wait for other QLers to reply accurately if i am wrong somewhere..
