NOC
I've been here in Qatar for 1.6 yrs now, I resigned to my job due to a valid reason as I discussed to my sponsor. He already gave me an NOC as I requested. in this regard i shd go out frm Qatar for transfer my visa? or els i can change my visa during my Qatar stay & wht are the documents need to change my current sponsor?

Only if you get RELEASE (with visa) from your present employer, you can transfer your sponsorship without leaving QATAR. But if you got only NOC, then you need to go on EXIT from Qatar and come back again with the new visa for the new employer.
tony, there is no need to exit QATAR if you've got the NOC from your ex-sponsor..You can change your visa by staying itself in DOHA..
