If I want to change job from QFC firm to Non QFC firm, do I still require NOC for transfer of sponsorship??

As long as you have a sponsor other than your husband, you need to have an NOC from the current sponsor.
Without NOC you will not be able to transfer your RP into the new sponsor. Otherwise you work on an illigal status.
Even after getting the NOC. The final approval comes from the CID.
As long as you are not sponsored by your employer.
