Myself working as Engineering manager/ Construction manager from 2008 to till now in same organization.
My company don’t give NOC if you put resignation with proper notice period and also they don't give NOC when they are terminating.
I got opportunities in Qatar with better prospect & salaries but I can produce NOC for joining.
Is there any way out How can I come back to join other company after resigning from here.

WITHOUT NOC, YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 YEARS BEFORE YOU CAN COME BACK WITH ANOTHER WORKING VISA.
