Dear QL,

i have a newborn baby In india less than 30 days old. Problem is when i tried applying for the passport to my baby, Indian passport office wants my Name endorsed in the passport of the mother in-order to apply for the baby's passport. if My wife has to endorse my name in her passport, obviously the passport number will get changed. Logically Her Resident Permit will also not be valid to enter Qatar.Confused. Any Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Congrats for your baby.

Did you get any further on this , i just wanted some similar information, we are expecting our baby in May 2013 so would be great to know this info in advance.
