new work visa rules and regulations?

I have a valid work visa in Qatar now, i wish to change my company, but my company didn't give me NOC (No Objection Certificate) for visa,only they give exit on my visa,i wish to return back to qatar on an other company shortly, is it possible without NOC for my current visa? what is the minimum reentry banning for the old visa?

I doubt you may not get, you cannot have 2 RP's same time in any of the GCC's. You have to get UAE's cancelled then its ok or wait for 6 months for auto cancellation.

I having a valid uae employment visa . i came to Qatar for business work visit visa during my stay in Qatar i got a gud offer here . i contact with my company in uae but they don't wants to cancel my visa in uae. and i don't wants to go back there also. is it possible that i can get residence permit here while i have rp in uae ? please give me a answer asap.
