Is the new rule for changing sponsorship already being followed? I have known some stories from friends of friends, A gur resigned from his job and came back after 6 months in Doha to work for a well known company was not required an NOC upon working for his new sponsor. He was cancelled and gone back to his home country and returned after 6 months and now working here again. I've seen the news regarding the sponsorship change, it was been being taken into wide talks and consideration but never assured if its gonna be approved by the State of Qatar..However i heard about the story of this guy who came back and was not required NOC..If anyone has any idea..I will be happy to hear from you..Thank you!

Not true at all... I have known a friend who came back after 6 mos but she changed her old passport into a new one. This is not an honest procedure as there might be problem later on. Finger prints and all are registered.

Just be safe and wait for the approval in black & white. This might take longer than anticipated but much better than getting yourself into trouble.
