Dear All,

I was working in Qatar 10 months back for more than 3 years and owing to immigration to another country, i had to leave the job without properly informing my sponsor.
I took emergency leave and did not go again. My work visa has also expired by now.I am in need of a PCC from qatar police. I will apply for the same through qatar embassy in new delhi.

My question is that can the sponsor create any problem ?
will the qatar police approach the sponsor ? the sponsor will surely be very annoyed and will not help a bit in this matter.

please guide with your experiences.

We had similar issues in our company; 2 employee absconded without cancellation of their visas.

You would be banned for 2 years to enter Qatar; and punished for not cancelling the visa officially.

yes he will create problem for you..that is the price you have to pay for absconding...CEID will not process your police clearance without the intervention of your previous sponsor...
