Dear All,

I need you assistance & Guidance.

I mean working in Admin Incharge, we are taking one person for Sales Position, He is working in qatar more than 2 years in a company,

Now he will gte NOC & Visa transfer to our company. How shall we proced withe Visa TRansfer. How many days it will take to approve.???? Need the steps.

Important Question, He will join us on 1st Of NOv.2012, But his Visa will Expiry on 9th NOv,2012, Who has to renew the visa, We or his old company,?????

or when we submit for Visa transfer, if visa expiry, How is procedure...

There is no problem in transferring the visa once the visa is expired, you can transfer his visa, after transferring his visa you can renew his visa.
